My 14 year old son told me yesterday that he thought he might be gay. I took this very badly and am ashamed of my reaction which I know upset him. The thing is that I think he is too young to know something like that and I don’t want him coming out to family and friends when I do not even know if he is definitely gay. He is now refusing to talk to me. What do I do next?
